COVID-19 Precautions

The personal safety of everyone attending the 2021 Annual Conference is our highest priority. As we continue plans to welcome you to St. Louis, MO for the 2021 Annual Conference, we want to assure you that we are taking all of the appropriate steps to ensure a safe meeting environment for all participants including attendees, speakers, staff, and venue personnel. We will continue to keep you updated as move closer to the 2021 Annual Conference.

  • Face Masks are required in the Public Areas of the Hotel for everyone and in Breakout Rooms. Hotel Staff are required to wear masks (and gloves for food service).
  • Frequent cleaning of high-touch surfaces and of meeting rooms between sessions.
  • Four people to an elevator.
  • Limited Capacity in the Stay-Fit Gym.
  • Hand Sanitizer, Sanitizing Wipes and Signage throughout the Hotel and on Buffets and Beverage Stations.
  • All Courses for plated meals are served with plate lid on and removed once placed at the table.
  • Meeting rooms will be set to allow additional space between attendees.
  • No pre-setting for meals (water, butter, bread, salt, pepper, sugar, creamers). Individual personal condiments in single serve packets will be utilized.
  • All silverware will be rolled in linen napkin.
  • Doors to meeting space to remain open (when possible) to reduce contact points.
  • Daily Housekeeping (in Guest Room) is by request only.
  • All Cleaning Products are EPA approved – frequency of sanitation in meeting spaces, public space and restrooms has been increased.
  • Rooms are held 48 hours after a Guest departs before cleaned and resold. Our guest rooms have individual systems and filtration. There is no cross ventilation between guest rooms.
  • Air dampers are open to increase fresh outside air exchange within the building.
